Several reasons why you aren't selling.
In the United States we can get those herbs and spices for $1.00 at a store locally and have them in hand immediately. Essential oils are readily available locally as well. I can get lavender, peppermint and tea tree oil at Dollar General for $4.99 each.So why would anyone want to wait weeks for those items to be delivered?
Another thing seeds are not allowed to be shipped into the United States there are import restrictions on them.
Seeds and plants policy
Wasting your money with a store subscription seems pointless to me since having a store won't increase your monthly selling limits.

When it comes to visibility - what is it about your seven different listings for organic Black Pepper from India that you think will make them stand out from the other 3,000+ listings for organic Black Pepper?

How does anyone know your stuff is organic? is it certified?

I did not say that. In fact, I feel just the opposite!
Among others, you have these listings for your pepper:
Are all of these really necessary? What benefit do you think this gives you?
and Provide those Product which is not easily available
You need to provide products that people want at a price they are willing to pay in a listing that they are comfortable buying from.
If selling was as easy as just creating a bunch of listings, everyone would be rich.

Others have already provide some good points and advice about the only other thing I would add is the auction format is probably not the best for what you are selling. Commodity items are probably best listed as BIN and ditch the best offer option.
