Seeing seller data that is not my own

It seems every week, I'm encountering another glitch.

Today's is I'm seeing another store's data. Nearly 2 million in impressions, over 90 items sold the past 90 days. While I wish this was my store's data, it's not. Another heads up for sellers. As of now, all I'm seeing of this other persons store is the bar graph info, impressions, listing views, sales per day, etc. I don't know the store name or can see any of their listings, thankfully, and I'm hoping that this is all the information that's getting mixed up in whatever it is that's going on.

Log out, clear browser history and cookies, log back in.

I logged in on another browser I rarely use and it's still the same data being shown.

Are you using the app or on a PC?

Have a great day.

Clear your cache and cookies.  That can be more important than you may realize.  Then shut down and restart your computer.  See if that clears things up for you.

If it does not, now try a different browser after you have cleared your cache and cookies to see if it makes a difference.

Did you clear browsing history and cookies?

I've cleared cookies and cache, logged out restarted my computer, and used 3 different browsers. The data is still the same and not my own.

You may need to do a virus scan.

My virus software scans daily, and I haven't had a virus or any malware on my laptop in the 4 years I've had it.

Re: Seeing seller data that is not my own

It may be time to contact Ebay directly as this is a pretty serious issue IMHO

On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

https://twitter.com/askebay

https://www.facebook.com/ebay

https://www.instagram.com/ebayforsellers/

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.

If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.

If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.
