Where is the revision history on listings?   Are buyers no longer able to see it?

It's there for me. 

I just revised an item seconds before your post.

I went back and looked at the item after seeing your post.

The revision (as well as ALL revisions) were there.

Maybe a temporary glitch for you?

Click the revision history button if it's there.  If it's not visible, the seller hasn't revised his/her listing.
