As a seller, "auto-pay" does NOT work for me.

I sell multiple auctions to the same buyer & I'm not able to combine for shipping using this method, so I have to refund every auction. How do I stop it?

So buyers have 60 days to leave a feedback, right? If a buyer leaves a feedback on the 59th day, how many days does the seller have to leave a feedback reply? And how many days does the buyer have (from that 59th day) to leave a Follow Up feedback?
