I know I'm not the only one and this is an issue that Ebay ignores. I was trying to find one of my items to do an edit and searching my own inventory by keyword and search results were 0. As in Ebay can't find an item I just listed in my own inventory. I am using the mobile app on my phone while doing this. I walk over to the computer and do the same search, BAM! It shows up. Which leads me to believe that alot of our items are getting no views even when they are promoted. And what do we as sellers get in return for using eBay to sell our stuff? They increase selling costs, final value fees, they bury our listings and we get little to no support. Add in the timely process of the ebay listing process just to find out no one even sees your item. Extremely frustrating. 😡🤬

How were you searching using the app? Through your selling screen, or as a buyer might through your profile?
I was able to add you to my saved seller list, from there view your items and perform some searches in the eBay app.
What item or keyword were you searching for?

Seller Hub = Manage Active Listings = search = Enter Value = enter a word in the title, I.E. Corelle = enter
That will bring up all of your listings with that word.
Simple !

If you are searching using the basic eBay search that buyers would use you need to understand that it can take "up to 24 hours" (usually much less) for your new listing to be indexed. Until it is indexed it is not available in Search.
In addition, if you edit a listing it will need to be re-indexed and will similarly not be available in search for a period of time.

I've found that the same thing holds true for searching my own listings as well-- if I just listed something, it can take a little while before it shows up in search if I search my own listings.

Right. That was the method I used. And always use.

Hey there. I was searching as me, not as a customer. I understand that things take awhile to post when they are new. This listing has been up for about 2 weeks. I remembered I wanted to add a certain picture and that was why I even searched for it in the first place. It was odd.

An edit should not remove it from an internal search. I have an android. I use the mobile app to list. This was a listing that had been up for a while. I just wanted to make a quick edit. It was just odd that it didn't show.

Just tell us the item or item number and let us search, both with phone and computer. Then, you will have a consensus of what is going on (as well as the State we're in, we can state that info)

Its been a known issue ebay hasn't fixed in a year. I was searching my own listings in my store, I know I had a model listed and was checking what color, came up with nothing. You have to put in 2 or more words before some will show up.
I've reported to ebay and they've known about it for over a year at least

You are correct. There are a few of my items that do not come up in a search so I called eBay and they even saw the same. I just searched for Cadillac in a general diecast search and only 18 items came up. On my eBay, I search "trailer" because I have 7 of them listed and not one came up. I search tandem and then some come up.
