Im sorry to bother you all.  I have been using exclusively the mobile app since our desktop went to the grave.  And it's been a big pain in the posterior frankly of late.

 

Last week, the search had a problem with returning 0 results and you all explained to me the Ebay Mobile app was having a problem and that got fixed by Ebay somehow or another.

 

Now I think I have something else screwy going on.

 

I can search but when I go to a sellers page to see what else they have listed, I see the goods, the shipping, how long it's got, but the price isn't there.  

 

Is this an intended change or something I haven't noticed before or am I selectively blind or some something else?

 

I'm attaching a screenshot of my search so you all know what I'm rambling on about.

All of the features provided by Ebay can only be seen on a regular computer, with that in mind your only seeing a fraction of what is available.

Thanks for posting -- it is absolutely not a bother. And thanks for the good description and picture that clearly shows what you are seeing (and not seeing).

 

I do not think what you are seeing is an intentional change; when I check the app on my android phone and go to "see seller's other items", I can still see item prices.

 

This may be a problem that is only affecting you. But there are some things you can try if that is the case. Starting with the easy things, I would suggest trying each of these and checking if you can see prices after each attempt:

 

Sign out of the app and then sign back in.

 

Restart the app.

 

Restart the phone.

 

Clear the eBay app's data and cache files: On my android phone this is done from the phone Settings: Apps: eBay: Storage. Your phone may be different. After that is cleared, you will have to sign in again.

 

Lastly: Uninstall the app, restart the phone and install the latest version of the app.

 

If none of those help, one alternative would be to use a browser on your phone to go to ebay.com -- from there you can use the default mobile site version (similar to the app) or request the desktop site. The desktop site may require more scrolling to see everything on the screen, but may be more like what you are used to seeing, and will give you options not available in the app or mobile site version.

 

Details of requesting the desktop site vary from browser to browser, and if you open a new tab you may have to request the desktop site again, but instructions for each browser can be found in this helpful post:
