I have been scheduling listings the last couple weeks and ran into an issue that is happening often. I have a list of items that go live every day at 7am cst. So I schedule them to go live in ebay 9am pst (because that is how it functions) . The listing never go live on the scheduled time. They just sit there in my scheduled list HOURS later never going live until the day is over, like midnight when they have no choice but to go live. I have been having to go into the listings and just turn off the schedule on them so they will list. Is this a known issue? Thanks! -- EB

Pacific time is two hours earlier than Central. When it's 7 AM in Central time zone, it's 5 AM in Pacific. When it's 9 AM in Pacific, it's 11 AM in Central.
I can't imagine why they'd wait until near midnight to launch, unless perhaps you set up for PM rather than AM?

It's already been pointed out that PST is 2 hours earlier than Central. Also a lot of the US is on Daylight savings time, so you need to check if it's PDT or PST when listing (I list with software in my own time zone, so I don't know these things about the eBay site).
You can go to the scheduled menu in the seller hub and see when they're scheduled to go live. I believe it's on a 24 hour clock. They're supposed to go live at their scheduled time, so I would think there's an error in your scheduling if they're not going live when they're supposed to. So no, it's not a known issue at this time.

I had 57 items scheduled to go live at various times on Thursday 6 June based on PST. All were posted as scheduled with no issues. Once you schedule a few take a look at your scheduled listings from your overview and make sure the dates, times and durations are correct.

Har! Been there, done that, got the T-shirt. 😁
One other thing to watch out for on this same topic: some pages will display Pacific time while others will use your local time zone, as set on your computer, so look carefully to see which time zone abbreviation is shown when plugging in a time setting.
