Why aren’t my schedule listings visible on the eBay app ? Anyone who can solve? Reported yesterday, but still not showing up

Hello, for listing our items we always use a desktop and i always recommend listing and checking eBay selling accounts on a desktop. The app has limited functionality.

Are you looking on the UK site or the USA site? If just listed it can take over 24 hours. I can see 1 item up.

We have been having the same issue for about 3 days. Talked to ebay 2 days ago and they said they were having lots of sellers with the same issue and it was because ebay was doing maintenance and updates. Not sure if this means things will work out, or we need to update app ( ours is a rather new updated app...maybe 6 mos when we last updated when we got new phones) and we have had no problems until this week when scheduled apps does not show up (and that option takes us to our active listings not scheduled listings). We use the scheduled option in order to load our photos. We write the descriptions on our laptops and place the listings into "scheduled" since most of our listings are auctions and we time them to start at specific times. Then we take photos with our phone and then load them onto the listing using the app. This has thrown a monkey wrench into our system of listing we have used for years. If you get any info or solutions, please post them here.

There are two app boards............Android and IOS under the buying selling Tab.

There are 2 ways to view scheduled. One usually works when the other does not.
On our page, on the left side almost half way down.
and
Near the page top, the drop down menu under LISTINGS has the scheduled option. This one usually works.

Helllo, mine are now visible, but I was a demanding diva on the phone to them. Everyone I spoke to, gave a different answer 🤨
