Scams on ebay

I have been scammed several times by ebay buyers. I list an item they make an offer then they ask me to email them privately and ask my paypal account. What is the best way to handle it?Of couse I dont give them my information it is agaisnt ebay policy.

1.  Report this people to ebay.  People that are asking to email your privately.

2.  Remove "Best Offer", and just have "Buy It Now" only, this will eliminate most want to be buyers.

3.  Buy personal items with this account, to build up some feedback.  Scammers gravitate to new sellers like flies.
