I am somewhat new to selling. My issue is a buyer with zero feedback that continues to bid on my items. I send an invoice and they respond with by saying they have "questions" and text or call me. My response is that I want to keep the transaction within eBay and they never respond. I can't even figure out how to report them. I get a bad link when I try to leave feedback. At this point even if they paid for something I don't want this person having my address. Please help.

Sounds like you are handling it just fine by keeping it within the bounds of eBay.
Put them on your blocked bidders list.
Account settings>Selling Preferences>Blocked Buyer List (edit)>Manage Blocked Buyer List
And you can only leave positive feedback for buyers. Never leave negative comments in a positive feedback. That will get you in trouble.

I stop doing auctions about 5 years ago. I stop using "Best Offer" 2 years ago, and I don't miss it. If some one wants/likes some thing that I am selling, buyer can just buy it.
If you continue to do auctions, you will continue to have the same issues that you are having now. Maybe is time to move away from doing auctions.
Best of luck to you, on your selling journey!

New sellers are targets for scammers.
Avoid auction style listings with best offers and list all your items at a fixed buy it now price with immediate payment required checked off. Sport bidders and non - paying bidders steer clear of these listings as they must pay instantly. NO best offers either with the BIN.
I quit selling auction style many years ago. No non payers since.
Happy Selling.

Agree with you on not using the best offer option I too quit using it a long time ago. As for auctions or BIN I use a mix of both each has it's pro's and con's but for what OP is selling BIN would probably be their best option. If they go to BIN they should also use immediate payment required.

The time to ask questions is BEFORE you bid/buy.
Continue NOT communicating with the buyer especially outside of ebay.
DO NOT send invoices. That increases the amount of time they have to pay.
Wait 4 days. On the 5th day cancel the sale. Reason: Buyer did not pay.
Buyer will get a strike. After two of these strikes they can be blocked buy sellers.
To avoid this in the future, stop running auctions or accepting best offers.
List with buy it now/fixed price/immediate payment required.
