Hello members,
Please be aware of a scammer here on ebay, he or she has two different IDs and two different States, one in New York and one in Gilbert, Arizona -
A person contacted us from Gilbert, Arizona about the an item Chanel sunglasses asking about the condition of it. We replied back with condition and more photos about the the item. It was Excellent condition.
The New York ID purchased it and the address to mail the item was to Gilbert, AZ. The New York ID
person sent a message asking to have delivery with signature required.
When the sunglasses was delivered the person in Gilbert, AZ contacted us again and asking is this still available? They filed for a return and lied about it to ebay and said not as described.
We received today a dirty empty hard case with nothing in it. Now there's an apeal with ebay to pay us back our money.
The crooked member is also a seller on ebay with has over 1000+ something of feedback. The other one in Gilbert AZ not as much feedback. Beware of those scammers. Reported and Blocked! Unfortunatelly, those kind of people that make not only ebay a non safe place but the world much worst place and they're out there to rip us off. We will see how ebay is gonna handle this? We filed our documents and photos. We will update about the out come. Watch out and Takecare!

Sorry that happened.
Ebay has no way of knowing what you shipped or what the buyer shipped back and Ebay sides with the buyer most of the time.
About all Ebay will do is refund the buyer.
You can file mail fraud with USPS.

File mail fraud with the post office and FBI. It might be small potatoes but enough small potatoes can become a big problem for the person. A few years ago a guy was buying parts for a Datsun. I sent him a few things with a small value, less than 50 bucks. He said I lied and sent him junk. I filed mail fraud and with the FBI. Believe it or not a month goes by and I get a knock on the door. It is an FBI agent and he wanted to ask me a few questions about this guy. I gave him every bit of info I had. About 6 months later I find out the guy got busted for stealing over 15k in various car parts. Ended up getting a 50k fine and a few years in prison. Made me feel good about life.
