I sent a brand new bag to the byuer. She reported that i sent an used bag and sent the pictures of an absolutely not my bag, everything ripped and broken. I even don't know where did she get this bag. I tryed to discuss with her the situation, but she never answered to me back. I can't report her until june 24. What i have to do? I guess she want to ask e-Bay to step in and help her. How can i protect myself in this case?I have only pictures of what i sent to her.

@oklilith Without more information @chrysylys 's questions and post are a good place to start. The other thing you may need to consider is this ... if you actually DID send a brand new bag but it was removed in transit and replaced with someone's old bag then yes, the Buyer could be sending you pictures of exactly what they received. And regardless of how that may have happened the Buyer has a legitimate claim. Ask the Buyer if the package looked tampered with and if they can include pictures of that too.
Not to try and redirect your post, but last year in a major city 33 Postal Workers were arrested for having stolen THOUSANDS of mail and packages ... THOUSANDS. So those things can happen.

Your listing description written by you says the bag is USED even though at the top you said it was New without tag.

Well, you put yourself in this position by listing as both "New" and "Used". A scammer could easily take advantage of that discrepancy to scam you. It would help to see what pictures she sent you to compare it to the one in your listing. About your other negative, do not use the feedback section to ask questions about the item's condition. That should be done in private messaging.
In this case simply ask her to return it for a refund. If it is not what you sent, report her to eBay. It is almost impossible to win these cases, but if what you say is true that the bag is completely different, eBay might listen.

Agree to the refund upon return of the bag in the condition you sent it in. NO return, no refund. Not returned in good condition, no or only partial refund. Dont argue and dont ignore the dispute. At least make her return something before handing over a refund.

You hung yourself with your own listing
Before buying. Please look very close at the picture, you will receive the pictured one in similar condition
Item Condition: Used.
You didn't sell a new bag. You sold a used bag and according to YOUR OWN LISTING you sent a "used" bag. We have no idea what YOU even sent, because you sent a "similar" bag.
Accept the return, send a prepaid label and refund the buyer when you get the bag back.
You did this to yourself.

The "White Bag." that you sold in May should not have been listed and/or sold either 😞 Even though you missed putting "Hermes" in the title, but you posted a picture of "Hermes" in the second picture, if the bag is not authentic, it should not have listed, let along "sold." Does not matter if there are others, let those sellers worry about their reputation and their ability to continue to sell here. If reported, you could be permanently banned.
Insofar as the "Black Bag." which you had two (2) listed and sold, I hope that it was not the "Gucci Bag." or the other. The titles need work - remove the "." too. I am surprised that you were able to sell anything.
For the “Black Bag.” that sold on June 10, 2017 for $100.00 should not have been listed as “New without tags” and then in the description “used.” Insofar as the “Gucci Bag.” that was sold on May 11, 2017, if it is truly a Gucci Bag, you needed additional pictures proving that it was/is authentic. If you are unsure of authenticity, have the item authenticated by a professional that eBay accepts. Go to the Fashion Board for the names of the companies that do authentications
For all of your designer items, both clothing and accessories, you need to at least post labels. For clothing items, measurements should be in the listing. How is any potential buyer supposed to know if the garment would fit if there are not measurements? Handbags too, measurements should be listed, along with a good clear picture of the designer name and serial numbers if applicable. Most designer handbags have serial numbers. If your scammer is requesting a return on the “Black Bag.” you should honor it because there is no way possible for you to prove that the one in question is not the bag you sold and shipped to her/him.
So perhaps you should change the title of this post, because the buyer is question may not be a “Scammers” but rather than a buyer paying for and receiving what was listed and sold.
Good luck because you will need it in order to continue to sell here, or online site

The listings are a mess in general. I don't know how anything is selling. Check the one neg. Listing doesn't mention anything about stains, but OP seems to acknowledge them in their FB reply.
OP, based on what I've seen so far, you need to refund the buyer in FULL including shipping. Then do some serious work on cleaning up your listings to help avoid future problems.
Let's be real, even if the listings weren't a mess, the end result of what the buyer is doing to the OP would be the same.
Buyer lies about what they got, files a snad, seller spends a few days calling ebay CS and getting no help and eventually is forced to refund the buyer in full - return for refund or not.
Doesn't matter if the description is perfect, every problem is noted and there are pics of every problem, if the buyer says they got something different it's auto refund time.
The only thing that having better descriptions will do will get a better class of buyer since it will be less obvious that the OP is unsure about how ebay works.

^^^This x1000!
Without being mean, I have to say that these have to be among the worst quality listings I've seen in a long time.
The bag in question (assuming it's the "black" bag) is marked with "Dior" markings. Yet you have "unbranded" in the item specifics. Is the implication that the bag isn't authentic? And if that's the case, it's illegal to sell in the first place.
That "White bag" you sold for $100 on May 3 was NOT made by Hermes. If it had been, it would have sold for thousands of dollars.
Omitting the brands from fakes doesn't make those listings legal. Have you verified the authenticity of any of your listings?
Give your buyer a refund, tell her to destroy the fake Dior and end any other listings for fakes. You will put your account and reputation in jeopardy.
Wow!! Just wow!

Black & White both poofed. YAY!
More work to be done, apparently.

I made a typo. Copied the main part of the description from another post. The bag never been used and i always send aditional pictures in private message if it requested.
