Scammers!

I sent a brand new bag to the byuer. She reported that i sent an used bag and sent the pictures of an absolutely not my bag, everything ripped and broken. I even don't know where did she get this bag. I tryed to discuss with her the situation, but she never answered to me back. I can't report her until june 24. What i have to do? I guess she want to ask e-Bay to step in and help her. How can i protect myself in this case?I have only pictures of what i sent to her.

Re: Scammers!

OMG. How can this happened? The problem is that the buyer doesn't answer to me. I asked her to send me pictures of the box and of the whole bag,not only parts. She never answered back.

I made a typo. Copied the main part of the description from another post. The bag never been used and  i always send aditional pictures in private message if it requested.

Regarding, "Before buying. Please look very close at the picture, you will receive the pictured  one in similar condition," you copied that text in just about every listing. Whether it was a mistake or not, EVERY listing is misleading (at best) and SNAD (as worst.)

You have no proof of what you sent, the pictures in your listing did NOT show an "unbranded" bag as you described. It was counterfeit Dior and should never have been sold.

Just give your buyer a refund and tell her to get rid of the bag. (It's not worth your money to pay the return shipping you'd have to cover to get the fake bag back. You can't resell it anyway.) Just let her destroy it.

And for future listings, verify authenticity before listing and don't list fakes. Describe and photograph honestly.

Unless you're from China or Pakistan
