Scammer return automatically OKed

So I sold a WDCC figurine and thee that is obviously not the NIB one I sent. Then I get a notice that The return was accepted! I did not accept it! Ebay automatically accepted his return! What do I do now!? What recourse do I have? 

Is there any real help available?

Take the return and refund once you get it back, you have no choice (believe it or not) eBay is your boss and they will take the money back from you and give it back to your buyer.
