Scam?

Sold a little toy to a russian buyer. I had three of them, one I took out of the packaging, took pics, listed it, sold it.

I used the same photo for the second one, because I did not want to take it out of the sealed packaging. Mailed it to Russia, delivered, no problem.

Today I receive a message, stating item was not the same as in photo (yes, she could tell that it was not taken out of the original sealed bag) it looked different, she is an artist and details matter to her. She gave it to her grandmother on her birthday, who was very pleased,  but now wants to buy the one I have left  with a hefty discount.

Of course I am afraid that if I send her the one I still have, she will have some complaint about it , too, even if I take it out of the sealed package and take photos.

I'll be grateful for any suggestions.

Scam?

Yep, block and move on.

A bird in the hand isn't always worth more than 2 in the bush.  Perhaps not exactly a scam, but, at least, a heavy-handed attempt to wheel-and-deal.

Not saying 'NO' doesn't mean 'YES'.

The foolishness of one's actions or words is determined by the number of witnesses.

Perhaps if Brains were described as an APP, many people would use them more often.

Respect, like money, is only of 'worth' when it is earned - with all due respect, it can not be ordained, legislated or coerced. Anonymous
