In today's world of new housing developments springing up all over, USPS may not realize and note immediately that the lot/home/whatever is now occupied and it may show vacant on tracking. Take a deep breath, don't worry about the tracking until the item is either returned to you, the customer contacts or you never hear anything from the buyer. Chillax and go on with your day.
