If the post office damaged an item you mailed you should ask the buyer if they wish to return it.
And you could ask for a photo of the damage of the item.
It's not the USPS post office fault the item got damaged in the mail.

It does not matter how you feel. Ebay does not care. The buyer needs to be refunded and then you can possibly pursue a claim with the post office who YOU hired to ship the package.
Your feedback violated ebay policy.
It looks like you have lots of reading to do re guarding ebay policies BEFORE you sell any more items.

You didn't leave any details. Is this an item you sold, one you are selling or something else? Why do you feel you are being scammed? Did the buyer file a claim, open a return request, open a chargeback? No idea on how to respond or what advice to give.

Not likely to get help from the Post Office either. If it is related the the comic books you sold, it looks like you sent them Media Mail and as far as I recall, most comic books don't qualify.
