Same items appear page after page when searching.

 As a former eBay seller, I though y'all might want to know that, for the last 20 hrs or so (this is 2/3/18 9:30pm), search results have been limited to the first page only followed by the same 1st page repeating over and over, even if you skip from pg 1 to pg 8. Having other things to attend to, I didn't put on my investigative journalist hat late last night so my experience w/ this quirk was limited to antiques-->Asian-->Chinese-->figurines... w/ "green jade" in the search box, and Jewelry and Watches

-->Vintage...-->fine  w/ "blue gemstone ring" in the search box. Besides submitting this "heads-up", that's about it for my eBay visits tonight, though I'm curious if any of you suffer the same circumstances when trying to browse eBay. If this msg compels any of you to go and get a first-hand account of this phenomena, I ask that you please come back to this thread and share your testimony (in case it's some bizarro malware on my end). yep, did the green jade search and got the same thing, even changing the # of items on the page.....

When I do the search in all cats, seems to change items, but the same $1.99 item from same seller shows up first on every page.

When I do a search for Woolrich Womans Sweater, showing  virtually the same thing, except some near the bottom of the page are different looking at page 1 and page 5, showing 25 items per page....

Can anyone else confirm?  If so, needs to be reported.

I've seen the same thing when looking at car parts. Sellers make separate listing for each and every model and year the junk fits which results in page after page of the same monotonous pictures and price.

They do it to play pig by hogging space because listings are free. If they weren't free and  they had to pay for each listing, they might get their heads out of the "up and locked" wheel well of their posteriors.

It's been happening to me too although I didn't notice it until a few pages in on a huge search. I think I first noticed it Thursday night.

This isn't a matter of duplicate listings, but a glitch showing the same items over and over.  Screen shot on the left is page 1 (25 per page search), on the right is page 5..........

Yep, same here. Took 5 pages of 50 per page for me to realize the same 50 were showing up on each page. Switched to 200 per page, got to see more listings, but page 2 was identical to page 1. Not good for the sellers that aren't on page 1 ebay, better fix it quick or your phones will be lit up on Monday--

Yes, I have some antique dolls for sale and I went in the last two days to check where they were showing up in search, and I was one of the lucky ones where my items showed up in page, after page, after page. I don't know if they have fixed the glitch yet or not, cause I haven't searched for them yet today.

Hi everyone! Thank you so much for reporting this to me; I've gotten the details here and the photos over to our tech teams for review. I wasn't able to replicate this issue as it was described here, but was having trouble getting more than one page of results to load so there is definitely something we can look into. If I need anything more for the investigation I will let you all know!

Having the same problem on the app. No matter how far down the list I scroll it's just the same listings repeating over and over.

I haven't had any problem at all on a PC, so maybe it's a category thing?
