Why didn't you take my advice on your first post here?
You have duplicate fixed price listings which are not allowed, like your 1 PC motorcycle keychain and your 1 PC rose gold wedding ring. You have 2 size 8 listings for the identical ring and that violates the duplicate listings policy.
You need to remove the duplicate listings.

Because people are not able to see all of our listings due to the absolutely horrendous search changes they made.

Some days there may be buyers looking for what you sell and some days there aren't. If you think you sales will be steady and about the same amount everyday, you will be disappointed.
With the pricing on many of your items it is unlikely you will make a profit as your pricing isn't even likely enough to cover fees and shipping. You may want to relook at your pricing structure.
It can be a bit hard to get use to how internet selling flows. Sometimes we have a really good day, week or month, then the next day, week or month is terrible. Overall it will work out if you are selling stuff people want.
I hope everything works out for you.

Which one of your listing(s) are people not able to see?

Because it's the nature of retail for sales to go up and down. Even large chain stores can't figure out customer footfall because it's so irregular.

Do you expect sales to increase day after day? Think about that. If your sales only increased day after day, how would you handle the accumulated volume?

I think it because eBay is not advertising enough on the outside Real World.

For the same reason that sales sometimes increase on days when you don't work hard.
No matter how hard you work, sales still require someone to want to buy your items on that particular day.

What do you consider working hard?
Are you out every day searching for new products to list? Are you spending a couple hours a day packing and shipping? Are you taking a couple hours each day to photograph your new items and make new listings?
You live in Sri Lanka and mostly drop ship from China. The answer to all those questions is you work minimally, pressing a few buttons on your phone. If you want to make real money you have to put real effort into the process.

You are selling items that 10's of thousands of others are selling. I don't need to buy hair clips or rubber bands from Sri Lanka. I can buy them up at the local dollar store and not wait weeks to have them delivered if they are delivered at all as you are drop shipping.
I think you should perhaps reconsider what you are selling and try to sell something else that is unique and represents your beautiful country of Sri Lanka. Plastic garbage from China isn't going to make you successful. The successful ones are the vendors whom you purchased your inventory from in China.
Think about it and have a good day.

That costs money and they'll pass that cost onto the sellers.

I guess I'm talking to myself. Nobody from Sri Lanka believes you even when you post the link to the policy they're violating.

You're right...most ignore our advice and experience as long time sellers, only to come back and complain why they were suspended. Hopefully what you, me and others have advised will benefit the ones who do take our advice and in the long run become successful.
