The numbers for Q1 will be available around April 22nd, we will know then how overall sales have been. It won't reveal who is getting the biggest piece of the pie, seems likely sellers of completely discretionary items will fare the worst.
Invest $7.95 in a Starter Store and eBay will give you 50k listings for March and another 50k for April.
