These days my sales are a little low.

It can take you a little time getting established on Ebay.  According to your account, you have sold 61 items.  That is not a bad start.  You are selling in a heavily saturated category.  Lots of sellers selling the same kind of stuff.

Continue to branch out and find other things to sell.  Do some research on the items you are considering and try to find something that there aren't a bunch of them on Ebay.

Taking a look at your items, you got your specifics and a good description, so it could be the items you are selling.

The best way to sell on eBay is to first answer "What do I want to sell and who's my target customers." Also I would adjust your shipping price. Seeing 4.00 shipping and a 1 cent item can put some people off. I would just put how much the item costs + how much you want to make, and then do shipping separately.

The number one thing you can do is list more items.  More listing, more sales.  Simple.

Are you talking about your account you are posting with or the OP.  What you said is true for yours, but the OP has over a hundred listings posted.

Adding on to this, make sure you have clear and concise photos, make sure the photos match the item because what the buyer sees is their expectation of the item!

     One of the problems with Sri Lanka is the protracted shipping times and the fact that a  lot of the items you have posted are drop shipping out of China. Following is an example of the estimated delivery time on one of your items drop shipping out of China. 

It's also a question of cost + shipping. A lot of the items you have listed can be obtained from other suppliers or locally for a lot less and acquired more quickly.
