Am I the only one who isn’t selling? I’ve listed over 400 listings in the last 2 days and I’ve sold 7. Are people scared because the extra $600 is ending this week? Is everyone else in the same boat? Is there an eBay problem again? Just looking for some feedback! Thank you!

All over the place for me.
Yesterday, horrible. Today, great.
Generally: things are slowing down the past few weeks and I can only guess why. These are crazy times. The whole world is a black box right now. If you could figure out what's going on with consumers and what's going to happen in the future, you probably wouldn't have to work another day in your life. First of the month, 50 M unemployed, econ relief stopped with no new bill in sight, eviction moratorium lifted, Congress gone fishing, ebay, Managed Payment conspiracy theories. Seller "protections" and USPS' ACTUAL conspiracy to slow packages. I'm just happy if my head doesn't explode.

Actally, no, I'm pretty steady.
But clothing is so over done, over stocked-the odds of making it out are slim to none.
Do you ever search for your items and see how many other people are selling the same basic thing?

I searched Vicotira Secret Bra and got 38K listings. How are you ever going to be found in that mess?

Excue me, 31K

Personally I am surprised Victoria Secrets items are selling so well during a pandemic.

I'm not at all. In fact, the opposite. What ELSE is there to do???
I mean, I can only research so many margarita recipe variations before I get bored and need something else to occupy my mind.
Actually, I'm kidding. All I do is work. I feel lucky for that given the circumstances. I guess I was maybe fantasizing about margaritas, and stuff.

You are probably selling the wrong stuff right now. My sales have dropped at the moment, but I am basically out of laptops to sell.

There was a surge across all my accounts in March, with eBay telling me my sales were up 300-400%, and my own numbers more or less confirming that.
That continued until mid-July when sales stopped with a thud.
As of this week they seem to be back to "summer normal".
Interestingly my big sellers during the late spring were sewing patterns and (on a different account) mint postage to other sellers.
The latter leads me to believe that other sellers were also seeing a surge and needed postage.
There is a natural rhythym to sales which I have been watching for some 20 years now.
If a seller jumped in during the surge, they are going to be upset now. Us old hands can be more calm.
Don't just look at last week or last month.
The average of 2015 to 2019 is your personal normal.
How are your 2020 sales comparing?

Yea, my sales are down quite a bit over the past say 3 weeks but I attribute it mostly to seasonal factors. This is the prime vacation weeks of the year. People are saving a bit for fall and the holiday spending. And that is not even taking covid and politics into consideration.

I bought some a few months ago (when the pandemic started) because everyone needs to wear underwear, even if they're not going outside...
Unfortunately what they shipped me had synthetic fibres that I was seriously allergic to. I threw out the one pair of underwear and returned the rest in original packaging. It took me two months to get my refund.
I don't have it within my budget to try shopping there again right now... and it's not like i can go to the mall and check it out in person. (For one VS is in Toronto which will cost more than shipping to make a trip there).
