How to I get a detailed yearly sales report to see where I’m at. I do not have a store. I’m not finding this easy.

I recommend you keep records on excel by month. You need to use SELLER HUB and click the sales tab. Then do a custom date range and generate the report.

Go to Sellers Hub, Payments, Report (print report). I have to warn you though...EBAY reports are horrible (about 50 columns of mostly gibberish).

It only gives me a couple months ( when I joined managed payments) . I need the previous months but have been unable to find them. Before managed payments.

Agree with you on the garbage but at least it is detailed rather than lacking key info. I simply save the download to an excel file and clean out all the garbage columns to where I wind up just the columns that contain the information I need for tax purposes and it's all in one place. Prior to MP I had to pull reports from both eBay and PayPal and consolidate them into one spreadsheet using 2 tabs to calculate eBay net income.
That won't change this year since I will still get a 1099 from PayPal and several other third party financial processors and ecommerce sites but at least the income calculation for eBay has been simplified.

You go to seller hub click on Payments. Then on the the page that comes up, click on reports. You can adjust what you want in the report. Once you select your options and date range, which can go back to the first of the year or longer, you just need to wait for it to generate the report to download.
