Sales not showing up after accepting offers

I have found this problem in a past post from June this year. 

I received 3 offers. Accepted them. 

Usually they show up in my orders page right away. 

The buyer has yet to receive notice of acceptance an hour later, nor have I.

They are still in my active listings. 

Any thoughts as to how to fix this?

Due to recent changes, offers will only show up in an order list once it is paid. If not paid, the item remains listed for others to purchase.

I talked to a rep and it appears there was a delay in any of the confirmations getting sent - both to her and to me. All is fine now. Paid for and about to ship.
