I looked at your store and I noticed you have some nice items, but I didn't see anything newly listed items. I find that my sales increase when I list new items every day. (items that are fixed priced, good till cancelled, that are relisted every month only count as a new listing the first month).

Our sales fell fast this week. I suspect it is temporary, perhaps because of Mom's Day.
Other than that your use of all caps is an issue. I think that search engines will ignore your listings and, since eBay knows this, they might be suppressing your visibility.
And, besides that, all caps is annoying, hard to read and considered shouting (rude).
Good luck!

You are not by yourself; something is wrong with eBay. The volume of shoppers has decreased drastically; sales across the board are down. Another indicator of why ebay is reducing top rated seller benefits to boost their own bottom line. A decrease in sales has been going on for the last 2 years for us. Maybe too much server time to ads and not to sellers. We seem to have most sales in bursts, our comment is that ebay turns us on for a day then rotates us off. Does this happen to anyone else?

Your use of all "Caps" have nothing to do with your sales decrease. It makes no difference. I sometimes use all caps in my listings. It's easier to read for some buyers and myself.
As stated before, adding new listings does help sales. Also keep in mind, there are plenty of other sellers who have the items you are selling as well. Obviously, you are not alone.

Yeah, I guess the ALL CAPS comment was out of line. My apologies. I mean, what does ebay know?

Writing an effective title
Make a clear, compelling first impression by writing a great title for your item.
Here are some elements of an effective title:
Use descriptive keywords to clearly and accurately convey what you're selling. You can use up to 80 characters.
Include the item's brand name, artist, or designer.
Include item specifics. For example, include size, color, condition, and model number.
State exactly what your item is, even if your title repeats the category name.
Don't use multiple synonyms or plurals. It's not needed for search and may make your title less attractive to buyers.
Omit punctuation marks and asterisks.
Don't include words like "wow" or "look." Buyers don't search for words like these.
Use correct spelling.
Don't worry about creating a grammatically correct sentence.
Don't overuse acronyms.
Don't use all caps.

It's hard to take loss in sales when your not use to it but I'm sure Mother's Day and Graduation Prep and Anniversary's Alot in the month of May...many people are getting their boat's out of storage also...summer is on it's way...it will pick up again soon...:)

Just wondering if the current global political climate might have something to do with people being super careful about how they're spending their money.

On ebay our sales started dropping considerably in July of 2016, and by mid September 2016 they were down to 1/3. They have continued to drop to nearly historic lows for me. Less than $ 2000 in April.
However, sales on our own site have been steady and at normal levels with only slight drops around the Holidays when people are with family.
2015 I sold $ 82 K on ebay and even more than than that on our site. 2016 I sold $ 120K total, with 2/3 off my site. Loss of $ 40 K in sales.
My accountant asked my why I even sell here since ebay get more than 10%.
I notice that the big box stores with their scrubbed feedback and lax rules are have heydays on ebay. You can litterally witch them get negatives on Monday and by mid to late week the negatives are gone. Nice policy.
I have dropped my ebay listings from 800 to 100 even. Ebay has sent emails wanting to know why. Seems they can't figure it out on their own.
