Sales are down, returns are up, and feedback system has ground to a halt

Isn't it about time Ebay pull the plug on their antiquated feedback system? It just isn't being used, is not an indicator of quality buyer, and unfair weight on the occasional problem transaction for sellers.

My issue is that since buyers can only get positive feedback, and the feedback screen was changed a while back to a cumbersome "click a bunch of times process", the feedback sellers often get is only the ones that are annoyed enough to go leave neg feedback. And it unfairly makes your percentage drop.
Needs overhaul or time to put it to sleep

Paypal will be keeping your money (transaction fees) on all returns and cancellations from the 11th of this month. So if you have a lot of returns then you'll have to think about how you do business in the future.
