Hello Everyone.
Sales have dropped tremendously. I have tried alot of things but seems like I am unable to bring it back up. I have done promoted listings, turned opt in on ebay store and boosted sales back to normal for awhile. Now its just been plummeting to its death.
Can anybody check out my ebay store and offer any recommendations I can do to boost sales.
Thank you guys in advance and any experiences or stories would be helpful as well.

I have always thought that someone who sells things people need (I sell fluff) would do great. The store looks great as do the prices. My only advice is to add new inventory. Something unrelated to what you sell.

Thank you for your reply. This is an extension of the brick and mortar store we have so we dont have much inventory we can put up thats not related. Will try to though 🙂

I have been having success using Markdown Manager. It seems that is the only way I have been able to fire-up several sales a day.
Also:
To help with the buyers using the search engine, try packing in the relevant information the buyer would use in searching into the first 3 words of the description, if not at least the first 5 words and try to stay away from special characters in those first 3 to 5 words.

Figure out what it is that your buyer is going to type in the search field. It is probably one to three words that they will search for.
I just posted this in another thread:
I don’t know the intricacies of the ebay computer robot but it seems that by refreshing the listings, making sure they are in the right category, UPC’s, updating pricing and sprucing descriptions seem to add some action to the cash register.
I have been updating daily while drinking the first large cup of coffee every morning for about a week and it has gotten me through the first 200 listings.
Now it is time to spruce up a few more with the second cup of coffee and then work on new listings. It might take me a month to get through the next 500 listings that I think could use a look through but I make sure to change at least something in the listing before updating.

definately have been doing this which has been helping. I cant really reduce the prices any further as well due to the cost of the goods which added with fees will make me lose money. It just seems all my attempts stopped working a month ago. So im really frustrated hmmmm

As was mentioned in another post, sometime's having three negative feedback within a year can possibly affect your visibility. Hopefully the third will drop off soon, but that could be a possibility since it seems timewise to coincide with that last negative?

I would never pay to sell here (i.e. a store, promoted listings, etc). I bet if you were in located in China or you sold iPhones you have a lot of sales.

"no sales" is the new norm for eBay since June 2017. 90% drop in sales across all our selling accounts.
Don't think this platform will last much longer, they keep catering to China sellers and mega listers with millions of listings. Every one else needs to come up with "plan B" as eBay will no longer be a viable site to sell on.

Ive been seeing that all over I was just hoping there would be a solution. I even opted to be part of the guaranteed delivery since was "qualified" or whatever that means in case they somehow make my listings invisible because I didnt opt in for it

You can do free shipping, guaranteed delivery, same day handling, open a store or 1 of a 1000 other ideas that eBay has for "better visibility" and it won't make a difference if your a small seller. Buyer simply never see your item. I'll give you an example (my favorite example that I've brought up for months). Do a search for "bluetooth mouse" (without the quotes) an see what you get. 95% of the results are NOT bluetooth mice (at least that is an improvement from the last time I did this). Please don't reply and tell me how to find a bluetooth mouse, thats not my point (I know HOW but how many buyer know HOW?). If they can't find it, they can't buy it! The 1st page is ALL China sellers AND none are bluetooth!

I guess my point was even IF you have what buyers want, If Cassini won't show it to the buyer, they can't buy it.
