Sales Dropped Significantly – Need Help Improving Without Promoting!

Hey fellow eBay sellers,

We’ve noticed a significant drop in our sales lately, and it’s been tough to get back on track. Without investing more in promotions, we’re really struggling to increase our sales. We’ve tried optimizing our listings and updating some photos, but it hasn't had the impact we hoped for.

Does anyone have experience or tips on how to improve sales organically? We’re looking for any suggestions that could help boost visibility or reach more potential buyers without relying too heavily on paid promotions.

Would love to hear any strategies that have worked for others in similar situations!

     You currently have 552 active listings and you have sold 224 items in the last 90 days. How does that compare with your historical selling trend? One thing that may be hurting you is the number of negative and neutral feedbacks you have and only time will clear that situation. 

     EBay is not the only game in town these days you might want to try some other platforms and venues including local venues and forums since you are in a large metropolitan area. That however may be difficult since you appear to be drop shipping a lot of your items.
