You are in Pakistan so getting your account setup to start selling may be a bit different than it is for US based sellers but there may possibly be some of your fellow countrymen/women using the US domain that may be able to assist.

Before you start selling I would suggest you read and fully understand a couple of important help files. The first is the eBay Money Back Guarantee which provides the buyer with almost unlimited protection while providing the seller almost none.

The second is the eBay fee structure. Understand what the fees are based on the category you are selling in and how they are applied. Since you are a new seller you will be a target for every scammer out there so I would suggest you do not list any high dollar items to start out with until you have some experience with how the system works.

Always remember the #1 rule as a seller on eBay NEVER list anything you are not prepared to take the financial loss on.

You will be able to sell after you link a Payoneer account for payouts and eBay emails you you that you're all set. It takes 2-4 weeks to hear from eBay after successfully linking a Payoneer account to eBay. Make sure the name and address on both accounts exactly match your driver's license or National ID.

Link a Company Payoneer account if your eBay account is a business account. If it's a personal eBay account link an Individual Payoneer account. You can sell on either type of account.
