Like a lot of you all, over the past 6-10 months, I seen a tremendous drop in my sales. Most of the problem I encounter is when I search for my type/category item, it's not found. The search mechanism on E-bay is BROKE!
What is going on, I'm on the phone with E-bay customer service right now and she cannot find one of my items. She's telling me she need the item number? What, a potential buyer is not going to know my item number!!!! Now she's telling me that E-bay is a completion and that I should be paying the "Promoted Listing" price. So, I asked if she could see it if I give her the item number and she can in a category E-bay provides but she cannot by quiring a few common descriptive words AND in a category E-bay provides.
I've been doing this for 12 years and this E-bay customer service and help has gone to dog dookie.
