Sale event - no more option on Include Skipped Items?

Do we no longer have the option to not include skipped items in a sale event?

I just started a sale earlier today and that option showed up.

The option is still there.  There is a check box on the last page before launching.  The box is checked by default, so you have to uncheck it if you don't want skipped items automatically included.

Thank you - yes it is there now. My page must not have completely loaded when I panicked. All good!
