Sale confirmation emails are missing variation info. This started yesterday the 29th.

I don't know why this happens every single year, then takes eBay months to fix, but it is problematic and frustrating.

Can you guys please escalate this? Do you want me to forward an example you can pass on?

Thank you devon@ebay . While we're on the topic of missing variations:

It's unacceptable that eBay has not yet added a variation column to downloadable transaction reports. I've brought this up a few times in the past, as have others, and cannot believe eBay has not remedied the situation.

Sellers source products at different prices. I might get a better deal on color Red than color Black because the supplier has overstock on Red. Yet, downloading transaction reports I have zero visibility to which colors buyers purchased, and reconciling those sales becomes a headache.

If you wouldn't mind escalating that info to Payments, or whichever team is responsible for those reports (again), I would appreciate it.

Hi devon@ebay . Regarding the email issue, a fix was implemented on Feb 16th. Thanks again for submitting the ticket. Perhaps one day eBay will fix reports, too.
