SYI Confirm Account

I am having a problem.....

When I go to submit a listing, I get prompted to "Confirm Your Account" - I have to receive a code via email before I can list my item.  I have called CS multiple times about this, each time they tell me the problem is fixed, but every time I log out and back in and go to list, I once again get prompted to confirm my account.  Today I spoke with a supervisor that once again said the issue would be fixed, but after logging out and back in I have the same problem.  Calling CS is NOT helping.  How do I get this fixed?

Two of the four reps I spoke with today gave me two different reasons as to why this is happenning:

1) there are no selling limits set on my account, so it's prompting me to confirm my account so that I can call in get get approval to list another item

2) I have been logging in more that I used to(if they say so, I have been loggingin in multiple times a day for years), and the automated system finds this unusual and wants to make sure it's really me

 

Whatever reason they come up with, they can't seem to fix it.

Is there anyone at ebay that can help with this on-going issue.  It's been happenning for weeks.  Currently my email provider is having technical difficulties, so I can't check my email to once again get a code from ebay to confirm my account, which means I am not able to list.

Hi @dkcorner - I'm not sure what could be going on, but I want to see what I can find out and how we can improve the CS experience. I've sent you a mail with more questions. Thanks!
