What should we do first if the ebay account is suspended?

You are able to sign in and if eBay has closed your account you wouldn't be able to sign in. You must have been suspended from selling only. What does the email say when you were notified?

Did you list a counterfeit item? Did you have wrong payments accepted in your listing? Did you try to list before eBay told you the date your account is activated to sell?

We'd like to help but need more details before we can help. Some restrictions are temporary and some are permanent.

it seems weird you went to seller school yet you were suspended.

Give it up.

If it's already happened once, every eBay account you create from here on will also be suspended eventually.

If you have never owned a dachshund, no explanation is possible.
