EBAY store owner get a quarterly discount on EBAY boxes & packing tape, etc.   Click on MARKETING, SUBSCRIBERS DISCOUNT and select you items.

Would you mind explaining a bit more please and not in all caps.  That means you are yelling in the written word.

You really shouldn't put your titles in all caps.  That makes it harder to read for many.  Two or three words in caps is fine, the rest shouldn't be beyond the first letter of the word.

Why do you have a store?  It's a bit soon for that.  Do you have a starter store?   Unless you have 300+ listings regularly, a Basic store isn't necessary or beneficial.

I think that OP might be asking how to search on eBay for listings which, upon purchase, come with other products, at no charge.

Free shipping supplies are available in the seller hub under Marketing choose Subscriber discounts.

Store owners don't get anything free except insertion fees. But if you have monthly selling limits those extra free insertion fee listings won't help you. 

If you are referring to the 25% off discount coupon for stores click the link below  https://www.ebay.com/sub/subscriberdiscounts 

Otherwise there are no free items.

Most of us are here to help others, but it is unfair when you make us guess at what you are actually looking for.  I'm glad you got the info you needed, but if you were clearer in your post, it would have come more quickly for you.
