I know. It's annoying. Unfortunately eBay thinks it is working for them, saying they have had good feedback (from whom?) and people like it. I am very mindful of my pricing so I really don't appreciate it. It gets really annoying when my item is the lowest priced one of many and they still put it on there, implying that my pricing is too high. Sadly it's one of these "upgrades" we just have to deal with. I really hate it because I am not a negotiator, and I don't want to deal with haggling at all. I usually just ignore offers because they are usually unsolicited, now that they are adding BO I feel like I have to respond because they assume I am open to them. It's a customer service mess to many sellers, IMO.

When you see best offer showing on your items...you can use the bulk editing tool and remove them all at once.

Buyers probably.

I understand that, in addition to the Bulk Edit option, you can also set an automatic decline on Best Offers that are less than a given amount or a certain percentage.

Every now and then we see a buyer complaining that a seller counteroffered at a dollar or even a penny lower than the listed price. Those would probably be automatic declines -- or a really annoyed seller.
