Before you think about what to sell, your first concern should be making sure buyers can pay you.  That means 

Registering as a business in your country 

Signing up for Payoneer 

Linking Payoneer to your bank account 

No matter what someone may have told you, posting here doesn’t help your seller status.

That's why they're called fast moving.

You need help selling slow moving products.

"Fast Moving Products" sell themselves. You on the other hand are dropshipping  "Slow Moving Products" from China.

Ok, I was picturing someone speeding down the road, throwing product from a moving vehicle to a buyer holding out a $20 bill.

My town has neighborhoods where that sort of thing happens all the time.

Usually at night and you want to keep moving.

I'm told that business is best on Pay days and around the first of the month.

Right now it's cash only.     There's no system in place for returns or not as described complaints which offers no protection to the buyers.

On the other hand,    There's also no system for the buyer to do a charge back of file an INR

OMGosh, eBay says to refrain from putting a preferred method of payment in your listing.  You cannot tell your buyers  to please register with PayPal, you accept PayPal.

You're saying they have to sign up for PayPal to buy and that is not true.

eBay puts the methods of payments the buyer can pay with in the listing. 

You cannot mislead buyers to believe they must have a PayPal account and direct them to pay with PayPal.

Buyers can pay with PayPal,  PayPal credit, Mastercard. VISA, Discover, America Express, debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, their choice.

You need to remove that PayPal blurb from your listing before you get reported and eBay removes the listing and you get a policy violation.

Your highest price is  5.74.  Most of us do not ship that cheap, let alone sell something.

Forget fast moving, forget eBay, you really have no clue what you are doing.
