I am currently a seller on Ebay, and is it just me, or have things become so difficult, just to print an invoice for an item that was purchased. Ebay seems more interested in selling you postage, than they do making things easy for the seller. When I tried to print an invoice for the item sold, it took 3 pages. What a waste of paper. I don't use USPS, because the service and tracking are so terrible. And now, you can't even speak to a customer service person from Ebay to ask a question. Ebay used to be easy, but they have messed that up, for the seller. Are other other sellers have this same issue?

You absolutely can talk to eBay customer service, you just have to select the option to have them call you back. You can also do live chat....

You can type in the chat feature for e-Bay to call you. Several reported on the boards it did not work - might be tied to regular pacific biz hours, not sure.
We used it this morning.
They were pleasant. Cannot help you, but pleasant.

Sorry - useless is not a word I like very much. I choose to not use it, especially when describing people.
E-Bay CS is not empowered to evoke what is being requested of them on these calls. Does not make them useless. Un-empowered, yes.
We're likely going to need to agree to disagree. I really dislike the word useless.
