Sending a pdf file to my client.

My client ordered and paid for full custom disposable cameras. And si I am supposed to provide a camera template for my client to do artwork and send back to me.

I could not up-load this pdf file on ebay message system, and could not send a pdf file for a camera template to my client.

Please advise me how to solve this issue.

This requires email. Might as well just email it.

His post says he cannot upload the file in e-Bay's system.  This is a work-around to the upload issue.

OP will likely need to call his Buyer and work it out.  E-Bay is not going to allow the file to be sent.  Phone number is on order sheet.

You should have access to your buyer's contact information. After a completed transaction, it is perfectly acceptable for you to communicate with your buyer by any means at your disposal.

Yes, that's what it's there for.

The encrypted email address will disappear after two weeks, but the phone number remains available, from what I see in browsing the purchase details of my recent sales.
