This is beyond ridiculous!! yesterday the listing tool change right before my eyes to a previous version that rolled out months ago that sucked so bad!... after a month of us all complaining, it reverted back.....until yesterday. Its back with a vengeance of inefficiency and poor design.
It is now the version with one box for both pics and vids and NO delete all button for the pictures so when you sell similar from the previous listing and your pics carry over- instead on 1 simple click to delete them and insert new pics, you must hover over all 24 pics- one at a time and click the trashcan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Complete and utter stupidity at this point...again
We sellers are PAYING customers of ebay- why must we be subjected to all these tests and "not up to industry standard designs and programming"
Why does ebay continue to make it more difficult to list here?

I do not understand why eBay keeps trying to cater to phone sellers. I cannot understand how any seller that is serious about selling on eBay would use only a phone.

@johnjefprks I agree with you - makes no sense. If you only sell a few products and have huge quantities, i could see how its possibleto list on a phone but if you sell unique items- the phone app experience is useless. My point though, is if you only sell from your phone..... you are not using he computer anyway so why ruin the listing experience for millions of full time sellers that use computers?
There must be more to it.... like they dont want to maintain 2 operating systems.... but the app has already has several operating systems to maintain anyway.
I just think it has to do with the wrong people in the wrong positions with the wrong vision.
It always come back to this for me- the ebay employees and designers and programmers DO NOT do their jobs on phones so why are they trying to force us to?

Hey @wastingtime101 thanks for bringing this up! We will pass this feedback along to the appropriate teams for review!
kyle@ebay : It's really more than just "feedback;" there are actual questions for them that they should be prepared to answer by replying to you, so that you can then post their answers here.
If they are going to insist on making changes that do not appear to make any user sense or do not appear to improve the user experience, then they should be prepared to justify (or at least explain) those choices. Simply shoving changes into Production with no announcement and no explanation is unprofessional.

I have been trying to add photos to variation listings that I did as sell similar. It wont add the second photo so I contacted ask eBay on X and went back and forth for 3 days with the reps and the final message I got please see screen shot. I did as she suggested and tried to do a listing from scratch and It still doesn't work.
