Hello, 

Generating scan forms (end of the day) came back......but last week history is gone.  You can only view today's (June 21st) scan form as the first after they fix it.

I cant print scan forms from June 14-June 27 Why is it not fixed?

Our first day w/o scan form is july 20th.  Ebay just told me they are hoping for a fix by the end of the month.  WHAT??  And in case you guys live in a medium to large market, the postal drivers ARE NOT REQUIRED TO SCAN YOUR PACKAGES AS ACCEPTED.  That change happened during Covid.  I have talked to carriers that have told me they would be fired if their little machine showed they stopped anywhere to scan multiple packages individually.  So, if you're like us, and have a hundred packages..........

They really need to get this resolved.....

Have you tried posting on the shipping board for ideas/updates?

No scan form yesterday(7/20/21), and again today??!! Just says "You don't have any available scan forms to print"?? I was able to print out the "un-available" labels, and the pick list, but no scan form! When is this going to be fixed?
