SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

::sigh::

You don't have to shout.

Someone who does not pay is NOT a scammer. They are a deadbeat and a huge time waster, but not a scammer.  A scammer is someone who steals your stuff and your money.

File the unpaid item dispute 48 hours after the auction close, then close that out after 96 hours. This gets your fees credited and gives the buyer a non-payment strike. Two of those and they cannot bid or buy from sellers who set their blocks to stop non-payers. Do that here: https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements

It WORKS, but ALL sellers have to file AND CLOSE the unpaid item disputes. If you aren't doing this you are part of the problem.

The easier you are to offend the easier you are to control.

They are not Fakes, or Scammers, or Robbers. They have just not paid you that they won from your Auction.

But you say they haven´t paid you for your item they bought. How long time are we talking about here? 1 day? 2 days? 3? 6 days? 10 perhaps? As long as 14 days?

And how long time do YOU as a Seller give buyers time to pay?

Have you even tried to get in touch with them and asked them when they are thinking about paying you?

Because if we are talking about just a few days you haven´t got paid, I wouldn´t jump sideways because of not getting paid. 3 days without getting paid is NOTHING. Just write them an friendly message and remind them. And give them at least 48 - 72 hrs to respond.

Have you even considered the possibility that there MAY be something hickup happening to their PC´s and THAT is why they have not paid you?

These are just SOME of the  things you may consider and at least think about before you start jumping sideways. And even start ranting like you do. Seriously.

I've never lost a penny to a fake bidder.

I worry about real bidders.

I recently had two buyers go at an auction

they bidded  (< is this a word?) the item up to almost $100 and of course the winner didn't pay

eBay is dealing with this for me and I appreciate that.

I didn't even email the winning bidder

How are they "scamming" you, exactly?  Yes, they are non-paying bidders and they're a hassle, but I don't see how that is a scam.  A scam would be paying for the items, receiving them, then filing a false claim of some sort, or returning something other than what you sent them, or some similar fraudulent action.

By the way, your CapsLock is stuck.

How are you being robbed? When a buyer does not pay, are you not opening unpaid item cases in the Resolution Center?

eBay has no way to know in advance if a buyer is going to be a non-paying bidder.  You ARE given the option of opening an unpaid item case if that's how it turns out.

Any buyer who gets two unpaid item strikes against him will find it difficult to find a seller who wants to deal with him.  Do you have your listings set accordingly?

Please explain how you determined that it was a "fake account" and "the buyer is not real".
