SALES HAVE COLLAPSED (DUE TO ELECTION?)

I have always noticed a sharp decline in sales just before presidential elections, but this time it is catastrophic......I'm getting no sales at all.  Are other sellers having the same experience?

Sales have always peaked and dropped.  Not sure you can tie it to anything.  Just have to wait for a comeback.

I suspect a great number of Americans are exercising some caution in rheir spending not knowing if  Biden/Harris policies will continue another four years

I am seeing a significant uptick in my sales with elections 28 days away.

Go figure.

The idea that presidential elections affect consumer spending has been repeatedly debunked.

Your sales have not "collapsed" because of the election. Look for other, more rational, reasons.

Packages are taking extremely long to arrive, Due to washed out roads & bridges, Some may never get there!, Extreme devastation down there & more on the way!

While my sales are down 5.6%  since last 30 days,  I am finding more and more International orders. Sometimes it can be 30-50% of the weekly orders.  And not to the usual places.  I have stuff to ship to Hungary and Turkey right now.

With all due respect, the number of sales for an individual seller is relative. The number of sales we have had over the last 10 days is a 50% drop from our average. For someone who averages a few sales a day this number of sales may not seem out of the ordinary, for our store it is.

Yes, I have noticed massive decline on sales and the only answer I think is the election. I normally for over three years have sold $1000 to $2000 a moth but now since summer my sales have dwindled to $320 a month. It doesn't matter what I list, since nothing is selling. Only few items move and they go way over the price I'd like them to so kinda glad to hear I am not crazy or not alone on this.

I think at this point, I can pretty much price every item I have for $1 and the results would be about the same. There’s just too many sellers and not enough buyers.
