Are buyers trying to rip off sellers who use Royal Mail 1st class signed for? During the COVID 19 outbreak, Royal Mail 1st class signed for no longer needs a customer signature and the postman delivering the item signs for the item on your doorstep before dropping it through your letterbox. I am currently in contact with a buyer who says they haven't received their item yet its signed for? What should be my next course of action?
