Revising Active Listing

In the past it was possible to revise an active listing with bids already received and more than 12 hours to go via an 'additional information' section, which would appear after the main listing description. This was useful when wishing correct incorrect original listing information or for example, to remind prospective buyers that 'buy it now' is not available. Has eBay now removed this facility?

Revising Active Listing

if you are asking about the add to description that used to show up at the bottom of the page, I have not seen that for years.Maybe it no longer works.Another feature done away with is ask a question, you used to be able to check off a box and have the questions and answers show up,its also been years since I have seen questions answered on the page

Yes, the questions and answers not appearing any longer is another bug bear. What is particularly frustrating is that eBay's online help pages suggest that these features are still available. The 'revise listing' button is still working but directs you to your listing with no option to revise and when you reply to a prospective buyer's question, the option to post the question and your answer to your listing although there, does not do what it says!

I also have noticed that they will not let you add to the description any longer if there are bids and meant to address this on the weekly chat this week but was unable to attend .
It will let you add photos and add upgrades but not add to the descriptions yet the help pages clearly state you can add to descriptions .

The posted question and answers are still there they used to be under the description in the listings but have been moved to  the contact seller area
If it was a shipping question it would appear under the contact seller shipping information.
If it is an (Other) question posed by the buyer as with your bike then that's where it show up
