Revised listing via mobile, defaulted to Best Offer

Head's up to sellers.

I wanted to revise a price on an active listing and did so thru the Ebay app on my iPhone. When i clicked to update it, it automatically changed my listing in two places i didn't intend to alter. It added Best Offer and changed the terms of my Return policy, neither of which i wanted to do. It obviously defaulted to these and I had to quickly go to my computer to change my listing back to the original choices i made when first activating the listing last week.

Most curious to me was the downgrading of my Return policy from 30 days to 14 days, and from my original choice of seller pays for return shipping, downgraded to buyer pays instead. Ebay has been pushing for longer return terms and seller paying for shipping yet it defaulted to the opposite.

So sellers, be vigilent when revising your listings so that something doesn't get changed or added  inadvertently.

The Best Offer on the app can be changed to "No Offers" on the app on Android. But the return policy defaulting to 14 days has been going on since October. I thought it was fixed yesterday because it worked fine with me but not so according to you and another poster.
