Interesting article on what can't be returned to Amazon
Now in the past I know that seller's did not have to accept returns on make - up or beauty items that were purchased new and used - but has this changed since the April - all items can be returned if buyers open up SNADs and if so - what if any items are buyers still not allowed to return for remorse?

I don't see anything on that list that's new. I received a food shipment from Amazon a few years ago and they sent the wrong item. The CS rep said they couldn't accept food returns so they offered a replacement or refund and told me to discard the incorrect shipment.
As for eBay, the seller sets the return policy. They can accept remorse returns on cosmetics and food if they want to, but they'll probably be throwing out most of those returns for health and safety reasons.

I should have been specific - I was asking about Ebay and if things that used to be non returnable are now returned with buyers choosing a possible false SNAD - rather than following the rules Amazon sets in place for the items it sells that they say are nonreturnable.

I've never seen a list of categories or items that eBay as a venue prevents remorse returns. Do you have a link? I'd be interested to read it.
As far as I knew it was always up to the seller.
