Well once again eBay has shown it will not stand behind it sellers only buyers. Item sold as is as seen with flows listed ,(no return) eBay lets the buyer return the item anyways. So we pay for shipping both ways and lose money , try appealing eBay and all they do is blow smoke up you know where.
Some on top of our fee's going up and all now we have NO control on our selling.

Yes with eBay MBG no returns just means you do not want the item back.
As a seller within the 30 days the buyer (truthful or not) can get money back
It hurts I know

yes it sucks , we no longer have any control. We just pay our fee's to eBay and shut up I guess

eBay won't usually side with sellers stating 'no returns'.
They want sellers who will stand behind their products.

I 100% stand behind my products , the problem is when you plan out tell the buyer's what is wrong with the item in your ad and eBay allows them to return it when they know of the defect

@towsup007_5 This has nothing to do with me or you. This is about the way eBay looks at it. And that puts you at an immediate disadvantage with disputes. Check out these forums for all the horror stories.
"No Returns" has ruined many a seller.

You are right , not at all like it was 20 yrs ago when I sold on here

I find that too, but what I don't get is the mentality of allowing buyers to lie/scam/whatever because the seller says no returns and they (eBay) want to make the buyer happy.... Why are they ever letting anyone get away with that under any circumstances??? Whether the seller takes returns or not, if the buyer's claim is ridiculous, it's ridiculous... end of story. So if the seller says no returns, they will allow a buyer to lie/scam/whatever, but if the seller does take returns then they don't allow the scam to occur and will then help the seller in the situation? What kind of reasoning is that?? But it seems to be what happens here.
eBay fails to remember that us sellers are actually THEIR customers because WE are the ones paying to use this site. If I'm a seller who is calling eBay with an issue, who am I calling? Customer service. They need to re-evaluate their entire philosophy on how they deal with some major issues on here.

Here's the difference between 20+ years ago and now on eBay:
About 21 years ago I sold a $20 item on eBay that was photographed, detailed and honestly described to the hilt. And with "As Is - NO Returns" in my listing.
The buyer obviously didn't take the time to responsibly read and honor the details in the listing, created a big stink, and with a snot-flying rage demanded a refund. I said no, everything was completely and honestly detailed in the listing, and the sale was final.
The buyer got eBay CS involved (back when one could rely on a real live CS rep using their head and common sense together). In just a few moments, the CS rep told the buyer, "If the terms of the sale were not acceptable to you, you should not have purchased the item in the first place"... Case closed, in my favor, and the buyer was one of the first to go onto my BBL.
Compare that with today...
Sorry this happened to you. There are certain areas where eBay has got to get back to its roots of common sense, trust and reliability for sellers as well as buyers, instead of trying to compete with Amazon to see how much they can bend over backwards for the buyer only.
Cheers, Duffy

You mean when sellers could send carp or nothing, say too bad so sad when buyer complained, and then revenge neg when the cheated buyer left deserved feedback?
