No. Doesn't fit is buyer's remorse.

No. Remain proactive. Handle them, as "Cases closed without seller resolution" do count against you.

Please explain your answer? I want to know if they count against a Seller regarding the number of return percentages.

I believe @mtgraves7984 is saying that "doesn't fit" doesn't count against your service metrics. At the same time you don't want open cases to be closed without seller resolution since that creates defect on your seller dashboard.

Yes... @gwzcomps explained it. If by 'they', you simply mean 'Returns'... then, no, there's not a metric for that.
There is a metric for anything you can't handle yourself and need eBay to step in on. That's the "... Without Seller Resolution" metric. For those , you pay dearly. That's why I suggested to remain proactive on Returns.

Returns for does not fit, is this being counted against Sellers in the return metrics?
Yes, it will if the buyer also chose a SNAD reason for the return such as "does not match description". Though "fit" was in the past considered buyer's remorse, now only the reason chosen by the buyer in the dropdown menu counts. eBay does not want to hear about it, and they will not deal with the issue at all. The buyer can put in messages It doesn't fit, but ebay especially won't care so long as a "not as described" issue is chosen for the return.
This is indeed annoying for a seller, but phony claims are part of doing business with this venue now. I can, for instance, say in the dispute that I really need the money to fund my drug addiction, but so long as I choose, item does not match the description (even if it does), I will get my money back from YOU.

If the buyer used Doesn't Fit as the reason for the return that is considered a remorse return and does not count against your metrics. As with any claim you need to respond. Depending on your return policy you decide whether you want to accept the claim or not.

Yes this will count against you. eBay heavily promotes their money back guarantee.. so if they open a not as described case because it doesn’t fit.. it will count against you. And you’ll pay the shipping to boot! Trust me I know!

I just had an item returned as "doesn't fit" and it was buyers remorse. It did not count against my metrics and my return policy was "buyer pays return shipping". The buyer returned and I did not pay for shipping.
