I received an email that says I am not authorized to sell their product on eBay. I suspect it to be fraudulent because it did not go through eBay and of the First Sale Doctrine. There are also MANY other sellers with the same product up for sale.
Could it be a phishing email?
How can someone email me and also know my name?
Any input

Your best course of action is to contact eBay directly with this issue. I would suggest you send an e-mail to eBay through the site and call customer support. People could know your name and e-mail from previous PayPal transactions and/or Google searches/Facebook. I think most people would be surprised how readily available their personal information is on the internet.

If the message was not sent via a snail mail method that requires a signature, then it is just smoke from someone who is simply trying to claim a right they do not have.
Still, it would be nice to know what the product is, so I can add them to my list of legal parasites to never give business to.
